What does Kader offer?+
Kader gives Saudi companies a dedicated engineering team without the hiring burden. We provide software development services and managed technical delivery under an MSA and SOW, in three ways: Kader Hours for maintaining and changing a system you already run, Kader Squads (a dedicated engineering team working your roadmap every week), and Kader Offshore (a full engineering department).
Who employs the engineers, and who supervises them?+
Kader does. Our engineers are employed by us and work under our supervision from our engineering center in Amman. You do not employ them, manage them, or carry their payroll or equipment. You buy delivery capacity and outcomes, not individuals.
Where is Kader located, and do you serve the whole Kingdom?+
Our engineering center is in Amman, Jordan, and that is where our engineers work. We serve companies across all regions of Saudi Arabia remotely: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and beyond. Our working week is Sunday to Thursday, aligned with the Saudi working week.
Do you work in Arabic and English?+
Yes. Arabic is a delivery language for us, not a marketing line: the SOW is in Arabic, the weekly report is in Arabic, and the sprint demo is in Arabic. We fully support English too, and build interfaces that correctly support both directions (RTL/LTR) from the start.
How do I start with Kader?+
Get in touch through the contact page or WhatsApp. We work out what you are building and what you need, agree the right route with you (Hours, a Squad, or an offshore center), then write a SOW that defines the scope and the delivery before any work begins.
How is the price set?+
Pricing is set per engagement, based on team size, engineer seniority, and commitment length. Contact us for current pricing, and we will make clear what is included and what is not before you commit to anything.
How does the work run week to week?+
A weekly sprint with a demo at the end, and a weekly report covering tasks completed, work in progress, hours consumed and remaining, risks and the next step. Every task starts with a written estimate, and if it needs more than estimated we come back to you for approval before continuing.
Who owns the code?+
The intellectual property terms for the code are set out in the MSA and the SOW and agreed before any work starts, so they are explicit and written rather than assumed. Contact us to review the terms before you commit.
Do you provide support and maintenance after launch?+
Yes, and that is exactly what Kader Hours is for: fixes, changes, integrations and ongoing maintenance for a system running today, on prepaid hours with a weekly report.
What if I need the assigned engineer changed?+
Continuity of delivery is Kader's responsibility, not yours. If delivery does not meet what the SOW sets out, we change the assigned engineer with a shared handover period at our cost, and your work, documentation and code stay exactly as they are.
What technologies do you work with?+
Next.js and React for web, Flutter for mobile, plus Node.js, cloud, DevOps, automation and AI. We pick what suits your product, not what suits us.
How do you handle data privacy?+
We design with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and data-residency requirements in mind. Our engineers work from our center in Amman and may access project data from there, and the data-processing terms are set out in the MSA and SOW and agreed before work begins.
