A dedicated software development team for Riyadh companies
Riyadh is the heart of the Kingdom's digital transformation: a capital where government initiatives, startups, and regional headquarters move fast, all needing software that matches their ambition. But the hardest part of the equation is no longer writing the code, it is finding who writes it: fierce competition for engineers in the capital, rising salaries, and a hiring cycle that burns months before the first line is written.
That is where Kader comes in: a dedicated engineering team working your roadmap every week, whether you are an entity delivering digital-transformation initiatives or a startup in Olaya or Al-Malqa building its first product. The engineers are employed by Kader and work under our supervision from our engineering center in Amman, Sunday to Thursday, and in Arabic across the SOW, the weekly report, and the sprint demo. You set the priorities, Kader manages the team and the delivery.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with Riyadh companies remotely?+
Yes, and that is how we work by default. Our engineering center is in Amman and the team works your roadmap from there, Sunday to Thursday. Your day-to-day contact is one Tech PM from Kader, in Arabic, and the weekly report and sprint demo keep the state of the work visible week by week.
Who employs the engineers, and who supervises them?+
Kader does. The engineers are employed by us and work under our supervision from our engineering center in Amman. You do not employ them, manage them, or carry their payroll or equipment; you buy delivery capacity and outcomes under an MSA and SOW, not individuals.
Do you work with entities delivering digital-transformation initiatives in Riyadh?+
Yes. The team works on platforms and apps that support digital-transformation initiatives, and we design with security, personal-data protection (PDPL), and data-residency requirements in mind. Our engineers work from our center in Amman and may access project data from there, and the data-processing and intellectual-property terms are set out in the MSA and the SOW and agreed before any work begins.
How do we start from Riyadh?+
Get in touch and we work out what you are building and how much work you need each week, agree the right route with you (Kader Hours, a Kader Squad, or Kader Offshore), and write a SOW that defines the scope, the deliverables, and acceptance before any engineer starts. Every task after that begins with a written estimate.
