No-shows and missed appointments

Every booking that doesn't turn up is lost income and an idle chair, and manual WhatsApp reminders eat reception time without guaranteeing attendance. Reminders fix that, but their rules (when they send, to whom, in what tone) are not set once: the month's numbers reveal what works, and a standing team adjusts them in the next sprint.

Scheduling chaos across staff

Assigning appointments to stylists by hand creates clashes and scattered idle gaps, and it's hard to see who's fully booked and who has open capacity. The scheduling logic itself changes with every new service, different duration, and shifting team, and that is a team's job, not a delivery line item.

How does the app actually reduce no-shows?+

Through layers that work together: automated pre-appointment reminders over WhatsApp and SMS with one-tap confirmation, self-service rescheduling instead of cancellation, and optional prepayment that makes clients more committed. More importantly, those rules get tuned after launch, not before it: we read your salon's numbers and adjust the timing and tone over time, and that is weekly work, not a screen delivered once.

Does the system support multiple branches and a separate women's section?+

Yes. We build a unified dashboard that manages every branch from one place while keeping each branch's data private, and we account for separating women's sections and access permissions, so each stylist sees only her own work while the owner keeps the full picture. Permissions need continuous review as the team changes or a branch is added, and the team assigned to your account owns that.
