Kader employs and supervises its engineers and carries payroll, equipment and licenses. You carry none of it.
Your relationship with Kader is a services contract: an MSA and a SOW, with agreed delivery outcomes.

How the center works with you
Two modes, and the difference between them is who holds the technical leadership.
Coordination mode with your internal team
Kader's engineers work from our center in Amman and coordinate with your technical owner: the same priorities, the same working cycle, with supervision and management staying with Kader.
This mode suits clients who already have a CTO or an engineering manager, because Kader's engineers coordinate with an existing internal technical owner. If you have no internal technical leadership, the Managed Offshore Team mode is the right one.

Engineering needs a real place. Our center in Amman is an occupied office where our engineers work every day, and you are welcome to visit it before you contract.

Are the engineers employed by Kader or by us?+
The engineers are employed and supervised by Kader and work from our engineering center in Amman. You contract with Kader for managed software delivery under an MSA and SOW, and Kader carries payroll, equipment and licenses.
What is the difference between Kader Offshore and Kader Squads?+
Kader Squads is dedicated engineering capacity working an existing roadmap. Kader Offshore is broader: a full engineering department with named roles, technical leadership and a longer contract, for companies building a long-term engineering department rather than a single project.
Can I visit the engineering center in Amman?+
Yes. It is a real, occupied office in Amman, and we arrange an on-site visit or a remote tour before you contract.
