A dedicated engineering team for education platforms and learning systems
Most Saudi schools and academies run on scattered tools: a spreadsheet for timetables, WhatsApp for parents, paper for attendance, and lesson content split across links and groups. And the platform that pulls that together is not handed over and closed: every term reorders the timetables, a curriculum changes and the content structure changes with it, an enrollment season doubles the load in a week, and education regulators' requirements evolve rather than stand still.
So you need a team, not a project. Kader gives you an engineering team that understands how an institution actually flows: enrollment, classes, attendance, grades, and parent communication. The engineers are employed and supervised by Kader and work from our engineering center in Amman, under an MSA and SOW, on a weekly sprint with a demo and a report of what shipped and what is next. Have a system running that needs changes? Kader Hours. Have a roadmap that needs a team every week? Kader Squads.
Challenges we solve
Arabic as a second-class language
Many global learning platforms treat Arabic as an add-on, so text breaks, layout flips wrong, and search fails to match words. We build the interface in Arabic from the ground up with correct right-to-left support. And that is not a setting configured once: every new screen and every added report asks the question again, and it needs a team that knows the platform.
Fragmented student data
Attendance on paper, grades in a file, and messages in another app leave an incomplete picture of each student. We unify the student record in one place that teachers, admins, and parents reach with the right permissions. Those permissions and access paths need continuous review as the team changes and the institution grows.
Weak engagement and follow-up
Uploading videos and PDFs is not learning. We add quizzes, learning paths, progress tracking, and alerts for struggling students. And what flags a struggling student changes with every term and curriculum, so tuning those rules is continuous work, not a delivery line item.
What we build for Education & Training
- A learning management system (LMS) with course paths, quizzes, certificates, and progress tracking, evolved with every term and curriculum
- School and academy management: enrollment, timetables, attendance, grades, and fees, holding up through the enrollment-season peak
- A parent portal and app for follow-up, communication, and instant notifications
- A mobile training app for vocational and corporate courses with offline-ready content
- Education analytics dashboards that follow management's questions: performance, completion rates, and at-risk students

Frequently asked questions
Do you build a new system or improve our existing one?+
Both, and the second is most of what we do. We read your existing system, then develop, connect, and migrate its data without losing student records and grades, and without a rebuild you do not need. What matters is that development does not stop at handover: the next term always brings a new request.
Does the platform fully support Arabic and mobile?+
Yes. We design the interface Arabic-first with correct right-to-left support, and it runs smoothly on mobile because most students and parents access it from their phones. Every screen or report added later needs the same review, and the team assigned to your account owns it.
Why a standing team instead of a project that is delivered and closed?+
Because an educational institution does not stop. Terms, curricula, enrollment seasons, and regulators' requirements all change, and every one of those changes is engineering work. A project ends at handover; a team keeps shipping. If your system runs and needs changes, Kader Hours is enough; if you have a continuous roadmap, Kader Squads; and if you are building a full engineering department, Kader Offshore. Get in touch and we will work out which fits.
