A dedicated development team, managed by Kader
A dedicated engineering team working your roadmap every week, at fixed capacity, fully managed by Kader.
Do you have a roadmap that needs a team every week, and you do not want to manage developers yourself?
Pick the size your roadmap needs
Every squad is dedicated engineering capacity managed by Kader: a written scope, a weekly Sprint, and delivery that is Kader's responsibility.

What the price includes
Every squad comes with a full managed layer, included in the price, never as an add-on. This is the itemized list of what you actually get.
A weekly Sprint with a demo
A working week that ends in a live walkthrough of what was built, not a promise.
QA on every release
Nothing reaches your environment before it is tested inside Kader.
A written estimate before work starts
You see the scope and the size before a line is written.
Your approval before an estimate is exceeded
If the size changes we come back to you first. No surprise invoice.
A weekly report
What shipped, what is in progress, what is next. Written, every week.
A Tech PM who owns the backlog
One person accountable for priorities and delivery, and it is not you.
UI/UX in the loop
Design is part of the squad from day one, not a layer added later.
Delivery continuity
Leave and changes in the roster are Kader's responsibility, not your problem.
Your First Sprint with Kader
A single fixed-scope engagement over 4 weeks with one named deliverable agreed before work starts. The way to see how we work before you commit to a squad.
Prices on application
- 4 weeks, fixed scope, one named deliverable agreed before work starts
- One full-stack engineer + QA + Tech PM
- A written estimate, and your approval before it is exceeded
- A demo at the end of the Sprint and a written report
By application only: open to first-time clients, once per company, after a short review of your scope.
The assigned engineer is reserved for five business days after the conversion offer is made. After that, continuity is subject to availability.
If you convert to a Kader Squad after the first Sprint, the minimum term (3 months) starts from the following month.
Frequently asked questions
How is a Kader Squad different from building an in-house team?+
You contract Kader for managed software delivery under an MSA and SOW, not for people. The engineers are employed and supervised by Kader and work from our engineering center in Amman, and the scope and the delivery are defined in the SOW. You buy dedicated engineering capacity managed by Kader and agreed outcomes, and you carry none of the hiring, the management, or the day-to-day supervision.
What if I need the assigned engineer changed?+
Delivery continuity is Kader's responsibility. If delivery does not meet what the SOW defines, Kader changes the assigned engineer with a shared handover period between the outgoing and the incoming engineer, so your roadmap does not stall. The reference is always the scope and the delivery, not the individual.
How do I know what got done each week?+
Every Sprint ends with a demo and a written weekly report: what shipped, what is in progress, what is next. The Tech PM owns the backlog and prioritizes it with you, so you never have to chase anyone.
Can I change the size of the team later?+
Yes. You start at the size your roadmap needs today, and we review the size at the end of the agreed term based on what is ahead of you. Each squad's minimum term is on its card above.
What is the minimum commitment?+
The commitment starts at 3 months for the smaller squads and reaches 6 months for the Scale Squads, because technical leadership and architecture are not built in a month. Each squad's minimum is on its card above. If you are not ready to commit yet, start with Your First Sprint with Kader: a fixed scope over 4 weeks with a named deliverable.
