How we work
What you buy, under what contract, and who employs and supervises the engineers.
What Kader sells
Kader provides software development services and managed technical delivery. What you buy is outcomes and delivery capacity that Kader manages: an agreed scope, a team we run, and deliverables that are handed over and accepted under contract.
Outcomes
You buy an agreed result, written into the SOW and accepted through a clear acceptance mechanism.
Managed delivery capacity
An engineering team working your scope, with Kader running it and standing behind what it ships.
Under contract
No engagement starts before it has a written scope and an agreed acceptance mechanism.
The instrument: MSA and SOW
We work off two documents, no more. Both are signed before work starts.
MSA
The umbrella governing the relationship between your company and Kader: the general framework, the mutual obligations, and the IP and data-handling terms. Signed once.
SOW
Defines each engagement on its own: the scope, the deliverables, the duration, and the acceptance mechanism. Every engagement gets its own SOW.
Every commitment on this site is written into the SOW before work begins. If it is not in the SOW, it is not a commitment.
Who employs and supervises the engineers
Our engineers are employed by Kader and work from our engineering center in Amman under our supervision. You do not employ or manage them.
Employer
Kader. The engineers are employed by Kader in Jordan. There is no employment relationship between you and them.
Supervision
Kader. Day-to-day supervision, task allocation, and quality review are all ours, through a Tech PM assigned to your account.
Place of work
Kader's engineering center in Amman, Jordan: a real office the team works from.
What we are not
Kader is not a recruitment agency, a staffing marketplace, a manpower supplier, or an employee-leasing company. We sell managed software delivery.
- A recruitment agency
- A staffing marketplace
- A manpower supplier
- An employee-leasing company
We sell managed software delivery under an MSA and a SOW.
If what you need is something else
For employment inside Saudi Arabia or physical placement at the client's premises, we work with a licensed Saudi partner.
How delivery runs
Five fixed rules govern every engagement, whatever its size.
- 01
A written estimate before we start
We estimate the work in writing and agree the scope before any engineer writes a line.
- 02
Your approval before we exceed it
If the work turns out to exceed the approved estimate, we stop and come back to you. No overrun without your written approval.
- 03
A weekly Sprint + demo
Work runs in a weekly Sprint that ends in a demo of what was actually built, not what was planned.
- 04
QA on every release
Every release goes through Kader's QA before it reaches you. Quality is our job, not your team's.
- 05
A weekly report
Kader's Tech PM prepares a weekly report and sends it to you: what shipped, what is in progress, and what is blocking.

Frequently asked questions
Is Kader a recruitment agency or a manpower supplier?+
No. Kader is not a recruitment agency, a staffing marketplace, a manpower supplier, or an employee-leasing company. We sell managed software delivery: you buy outcomes and delivery capacity that Kader manages. For employment inside Saudi Arabia or physical placement at the client's premises, we work with a licensed Saudi partner.
Do we sign one contract for everything?+
You sign an MSA once, as the umbrella governing the relationship between your company and Kader, then a SOW for each engagement that defines its scope, deliverables, duration, and acceptance. The next engagement does not need a new MSA, only a new SOW.
Who do we talk to during delivery?+
A Tech PM from Kader. They are your main point of contact: they take your priorities, distribute the work inside the team, and prepare the weekly report and send it to you. You deal with Kader as one counterparty, not with individual engineers.
What happens if the scope changes mid-delivery?+
Every change is estimated in writing before it is built, and we do not exceed an approved estimate without your written approval. Material changes are documented in a new SOW or in a written amendment to the existing SOW.
Who owns the code, and how do you handle our data?+
The IP terms and the data-handling terms are set out in the MSA and the SOW, and are agreed in writing before any work begins. We review those clauses with you at contracting stage, and no engineer starts work before they are signed off.
Next step
Send us your scope, and we come back with a written estimate and a proposed SOW.
