How do you ensure client-file confidentiality and data security?+
We apply document encryption at rest and in transit, precise role-based access so no one sees beyond their remit, and an audit log recording every file open or edit. We design the system with Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) requirements in mind, and it can be hosted on-premises if the firm prefers. Our engineers work from our engineering center in Amman and may access project data from there, and the data-processing terms are set out in the MSA and SOW and agreed before any work begins.
